Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of scalable Java enterprise applications.
- Develop Microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
- Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop frontend applications using React or Angular.
- Implement Kafka/messaging-based architectures.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding/design best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, QA, and business stakeholders.
Must Have:
- 12+ years of strong Java development experience.
- Expert-level Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong Microservices and REST API experience.
- React or Angular experience.
- Strong SQL/database knowledge.
- Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform.
- Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- W2 candidates only.
Preferred: Java 17/21, Spring Security, OAuth2/JWT, Terraform, AWS EKS, Redis, MongoDB, JUnit/Mockito.
