Job Summary
Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced UiPath Developer with strong Python programming skills to design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to automate complex banking and financial services processes using UiPath, Python, APIs, and AI-driven automation technologies. The role involves end-to-end RPA development, production support, workflow optimization, and integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automation solutions.
Develop scalable bots using UiPath Studio and manage deployments through UiPath Orchestrator.
Build Python-based automation utilities, APIs, and backend services.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Create Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical documentation.
Integrate UiPath workflows with enterprise applications, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and cloud services.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders.
Support migration of automation solutions to cloud-based environments.
Implement AI/ML and GenAI capabilities within automation workflows where applicable.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
8 to 10 years of software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
Strong Python programming experience.
Experience with enterprise banking or financial services environments.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of SDLC, automation governance, and release management processes.
