Senior .NET Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and enhance .NET-based applications and services.
• Work with a modern enterprise stack including .NET, messaging systems (MQ), Redis, MSSQL, and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace).
• Quickly ramp up on existing systems, architecture, and business domain.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features - from design and development to testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and challenges early, and proactively drive resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, performing root cause analysis when needed.
  

What You Know:

• 6 10+ years of experience in .NET development (C#) in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MQ (messaging systems), Redis, MSSQL, or similar technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system integrations, and backend architecture.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in complex systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in high-pressure, high-impact delivery environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Compensation Band:

$120 - $130K per annum
