job summary:
Seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong Informatica and Snowflake experience to support enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives. This role will focus on ETL development, data transformation, data warehousing, and automation within a large-scale Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience building and optimizing enterprise data pipelines, integrating multiple data sources, and supporting analytics and reporting solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica Power Center and/or IICS
- Build and optimize complex Snowflake SQL scripts, views, and data transformations
- Integrate data from multiple enterprise data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF files
- Support enterprise data warehouse and data integration hub initiatives
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineering teams on data design and integration strategies
- Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies and support SDLC activities
- Develop and execute data validation, testing, and automation processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and system specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and performance issues
- Support deployment, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance activities for analytics and reporting solutions
qualifications:
Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience with Informatica Power Center and/or IICS ETL development
* Strong experience designing and optimizing Snowflake SQL scripts and data transformations
* Hands-on experience integrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and PDF data sources
* Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse, analytics, or performance management platforms
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
* Ability to create technical documentation, diagrams, and process flows
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Python, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or REST/SOAP services is a plus
* Healthcare, government, or regulated data environment experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience preferred
* Must be local to the Austin, TX area and able to work a hybrid onsite schedule
