Job Overview: The Technical Project Manager is a project management expert responsible for the technical project delivery roadmap and product success. This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to set a vision, define priorities, execute an ambitious agenda, and ensure product results and evolution. The Technical Solution Manager will interact and present information across the organization, working with both technology and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects.
- Define, shape, and drive product and technology roadmaps to meet business objectives.
- Design, implement, and guide programs to successful completion.
- Create fast and effective solutions to address issues as they arise.
- Document all aspects of work and present progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Create and manage program plans, including goals, scope, schedule, and resources.
- Align program objectives with the company's strategic goals.
- Establish project tasks, milestones, and assign responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary updates.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and external partners to meet program objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during project execution.
- Identify areas for improvement in project management practices.
- Facilitate communication and processes between IT and business teams.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple groups.
- Balance member, business, and technical goals with available resources.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work/education experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, business analysis, or system analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technology and business partners.
- Advanced experience with Scaled Agile software development processes.
- Proven success in leading and directing teams to achieve measurable results.
- Ability to empathize with and articulate user needs effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision to meet business objectives.
- Advanced skills in tools such as Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL, and Visio for documenting workflows and data mapping.
- Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong experience with Agile, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, and Tableau.
- Experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflow tools.

Pay Range: $75 - $80 an hour
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
