Position: Technical Program Manager III
Location: Remote (West Coast)
Duration: 6 months Contract-possible extension
Job Overview: The Technical Program Manager III will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of technical projects and programs. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical programs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure alignment of technical programs with organizational goals and strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex technical projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Technical background with knowledge of software development processes and technologies.

Pay Range: $100 - $125/hr on W2
