Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale IT programs and enterprise project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology implementations, system upgrades, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires a strong background in project management tools, certifications, and a proven ability to manage full project lifecycles. The position will require onsite presence three times a week (subject to change) and involves a two-step interview process (one virtual and one onsite).

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex cross-functional technology implementations or system upgrades.
  • Plan, execute, test, and deploy full project lifecycles.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
  • Manage third-party vendors against SOW deliverables.
  • Coordinate with offshore/global teams, including India-based delivery models.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management across business, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee system upgrades, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Handle release management, defect triage, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Ensure effective communication, escalation, and decision facilitation.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional technology implementations or system upgrades.
  • Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring adherence to SOW deliverables.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across various levels of leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with system upgrades, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
  • Familiarity with integrated systems, APIs, and operational platforms.
  • Experience in airline cargo or logistics systems (e.g., iCargo or equivalent) strongly preferred.

Pay Range: $65 - $70/Hr.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
