Role: Finastra Platforms Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Description
- Define Loan IQ implementation offering across discovery, design, configuration, integration, testing, data migration, and go-live.
- Establish clear ownership boundaries between Endava, Finastra, and the client.
- Define delivery models, engagement structures, and assumptions appropriate for regulated lending programs.
- Create repeatable delivery assets, accelerators, and configuration governance playbooks.
- Act as senior Loan IQ authority in pre-sales and client engagements.
- Lead solution design and implementation for complex Loan IQ programs.
- Own configuration governance, product setup standards, and design authority.
- Define and oversee data migration strategy, validation, and reconciliation.
- Guide accounting, accruals, fees, lifecycle events, and GL integration.
- Lead critical phases including parallel runs, cutover, and post–go-live stabilization.
- Take senior accountability in front of client executives and risk stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery quality in highly regulated banking environments.
- Work closely with Finastra product, professional services, and partner teams.
- Stay aligned with the Loan IQ roadmap, release cadence, and product evolution.
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives where appropriate.
- Collaborate with hyperscalers and integration partners as part of broader programs.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10–15+ years in banking platforms and large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven leadership on Finastra Loan IQ implementations, end to end.
- Hands-on experience with Loan IQ configuration, product setup, and lifecycle events.
- Strong understanding of lending domain and accounting, including accruals, fees, and GL posting.
- Experience owning data migration, reconciliation, and financial validation.
- Experience taking delivery accountability in regulated environments.
- Prior engagement with Finastra Professional Services or partner ecosystems.
Desired:
- Experience with Finastra Global Payments Platform (GPP).
