Role: Salesforce Product Manager
Location: Dallas, TX 3 Days Hybrid

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce knowledge along with experience working with business stakeholders, development teams, and Agile delivery teams.

• Define and maintain the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical considerations.
• Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, and business analysts to deliver product features.
• Lead requirements gathering, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and product reviews.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through implementation and production.
• Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality, automation, integrations, and user experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve Salesforce solutions.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions align with business goals, governance standards, and platform best practices.
• Support UAT, release planning, change management, and production adoption activities.

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Product Manager / Product Owner
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and enterprise applications
• Strong experience with Product Roadmaps and Backlog Management
• User stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements gathering
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management
• Experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce products
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
