Now Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant S2P / Procurement
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow Technical Consultant S2P (Source to Pay) / Procurement to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations focused on procurement and Source to Pay (S2P) workflows
- Serve as a hands-on technical lead, owning both solution delivery and platform configuration/development
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, integrations, and data models
- Design and implement solutions supporting procurement processes (intake, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing)
- Partner with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (ERP, procurement, finance platforms)
- Contribute to solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
- Participate in project planning, delivery execution, and issue resolution across the implementation lifecycle
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience in a technical role
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations (configuration and/or development)
- Experience supporting or implementing procurement, purchasing, or S2P-related workflows (within ServiceNow or adjacent platforms)
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integrations
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (ERP, finance, or procurement tools)
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills in client-facing or cross-functional environments
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent hands-on development experience
- ServiceNow CIS certification (module-agnostic; SPM/PPM/ITBM or similar acceptable), preferred
- Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday, preferred
- Prior consulting or professional services experience, preferred
- Experience with complex integrations or middleware, preferred
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
