Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst-Level 3 Senior (11 15 Years Experience) to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives using Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Business and IT teams, ensuring user-focused, scalable, and business-aligned ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong HCD expertise, hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, and the ability to transform research insights into impactful, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead usability testing and experience benchmarking for ServiceNow solutions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to drive informed design decisions
Perform user behavior and channel analysis
Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience blueprints
Conduct root cause analysis to identify usability and process challenges
Facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder co-creation sessions
Develop storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
Synthesize research findings and present insights to business and IT stakeholders
Ensure alignment between user needs and technically feasible ServiceNow implementations

Required Qualifications

11 15 years of IT experience in Business Systems Analysis
Proven experience in Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies
Hands-on experience working on ServiceNow platform projects
Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Experience Blueprinting, Insight Synthesis, and Usability Testing
Experience conducting qualitative & quantitative research
Proficiency in Figma
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric technical solutions
