Summary

Que Technology Group, Inc., is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support advanced RF and SIGINT systems. This role involves system administration, integration, and endtoend engineering of complex collection platforms, with a strong emphasis on Linux/Windows environments, networking,
and data flow across distributed systems, including technologies such as DRT, NiFi,ONEROOF, DARKQUEST, and FORNSAT.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems supporting RF and collection platforms, including software installation and network configuration.
  • Analyze CONOPS, system architecture, and user requirements to develop and manage system requirements and specification.
  • Lead system design, integration, and development across hardware and software components in alignment with DoDAF and SOA frameworks
  • Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation (e.g., SEPs, ICDs, requirements specs) and ensure requirements traceability and compliance
  • Support system integration, testing, and verification/validation activities across the lifecycle, including environments leveraging DRT, NiFi, ONEROOF, DARKQUEST, and FORNSAT
  • Provide technical leadership and crossfunctional coordination, including participation in design reviews, CCBs, and program reviews
  • Interface with Government stakeholders to address technical issues, risks, system performance, and lifecycle sustainment, including C&A support

Required Qualifications
  • Fourteen (14) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope,
    type, and complexity is required
  • Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems,
    Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an
    accredited college or university is required
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's
    degree

Security Clearance:
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
