Silicon Validation Engineer

Mountain View, CA

ONSITE

$82-$90 hourly (DOE)

Looking for a challenging experience with a Fortune 50 company. Join us in supporting one of the most well-known clients as Silicon Validations Engineer. The main function of Silicon Validation Engineer is to run, triage, and maintain silicon system regressions and report the results. This role will contribute to silicon validation projects scheduled to begin in early June, supporting hardware testing as new silicon arrives in the lab.

Job Responsibilities:

Run and maintain silicon system regressions

Report results of silicon system regressions

Triage issues with various debugging tools

Review and validate any system updates made by other teams

Required Skills:

Expertise in Python, C, and C++

Some knowledge of Verilog

Attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving ability

Minimum 5-7 years' experience with post-silicon validation testing.

Minimum 3-5 years' experience with PCB board, socket debug, and troubleshooting.

Minimum 1-3 years' experience with silicon debug and failure analysis across hardware, firmware, and system platforms.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related degree required

8-10 years of relevant experience required.
