THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL OFFER THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THAT ENSURES STABLE AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE FOR FACULTY, STAFF, STUDENTS AND CLINICIANS WHOSE BUSINESS FUNCTIONS RELY ON NEC VOICE, SERVICES IN A 24X7 ENVIRONMENT. MAINTAINS EXPERTISE IN AND SUPPORTS OTHERS ON CURRENT TELEPHONY AND NETWORK TECHNOLOGIES. ANALYZES, TRIAGES, TROUBLE SHOOTS, MONITORS, TESTS AND REPAIRS TELEPHONE SYSTEMS. PROGRAMS TELEPHONE SYSTEM FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY. PRODUCES AND UPDATES VOICE AND DATA SYSTEM AND PROCESS DOCUMENTATION. DIAGNOSES AND RESOLVES VOICE ISSUES.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
