Summary

Day to Day Job Duties:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications, APIs, and automation solutions using Python.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
Build and support ETL/data integration processes for enterprise applications and analytics platforms.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Monitor application and database performance and implement performance tuning improvements.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support activities.
Develop integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs and data services.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to Agile ceremonies and technical documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 8+ years of experience in Python application development and SQL programming.
Minimum 5+ years of experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Minimum 3+ years of experience developing REST APIs, data integration solutions, and automation frameworks.
Strong expertise in SQL query optimization, database design, indexing, and performance tuning.
Experience with Python frameworks/libraries such as Flask, Fast API, Django, Pandas, or equivalent.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
