Description:
Assistant Construction Superintendent for a 50-year old company.

Coordinate and direct sub contractors and suppliers on projects for multi-family properties int he Greater Rochester area.

PM21

Requirements:

Experience required along with excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands on Trades knowledge.
Ensure work is complete to required standards.
Negotiate material and labor pricing.
