Job Title: Oracle Fusion CX Consultant

Required Skills:

4+ years of Oracle Fusion CX consulting, implementation, or solution design experience
Hands-on expertise with at least one of the following: Oracle Fusion Sales, Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle CPQ or Oracle Incentive Compensation
Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Sales, Oracle Fusion Service, and/or Oracle CPQ solutions
Experience leading requirements gathering and business process discovery sessions
Experience designing and implementing enterprise business applications
Strong understanding of solution architecture and system design principles
Experience supporting full project lifecycles, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

Nice to Have:

Experience across multiple Oracle CX applications
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
Experience with Oracle Redwood UX initiatives
Experience with AI-enabled business processes and Oracle AI capabilities
Change management, training, or user adoption experience
Oracle certifications

Work Site: Remote

Duration: 3 Months CTH

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
