Product Designer - (UX/UI)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Designer - (UX/UI) in Juno Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product
* Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations
* Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences
* Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems
* Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements
* Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision
* Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences

Collaboration:
* Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements
* Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
* Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and the broader organization
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions
* Ability to present and explain design solutions to stakeholders

Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
* Proven experience (3+ years) in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
* Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
* Experience with Design Systems
* Familiar with Agile methodologies
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
* Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred)
* Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the energy or technology sectors is a plus
* Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
