We’re building a lean, high-performance recruiting operation—and we’re looking for someone who can own candidate communication and screening while we scale.

The Role

This is a candidate-facing recruiting role

You’ll be responsible for speaking directly with engineers who apply to our roles, running structured screening calls, and helping move qualified candidates through our pipeline.

You’ll work closely with the founder and follow a defined workflow—we’re not looking for someone to reinvent the process, but to execute it well and consistently.

What You’ll Do

• Review incoming applicants for technical roles (cloud, backend, full-stack, etc.)

• Reach out to candidates and schedule screening calls

• Conduct 15–30 minute screening interviews

• Evaluate candidate communication, experience, and alignment

• Write clear, structured candidate summaries for submissions

• Keep candidate pipelines organized and up to date

• Follow up with candidates throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable speaking with software engineers and technical candidates

• Able to follow a structured process and ask the right questions

• Quick learner with good judgment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience

• Experience working with technical roles (engineering, cloud, data, etc.)

• Background in customer support, coordination, or operations

Compensation

• Hourly: $20–$35/hour (based on experience)

• Performance-based bonuses per successful placement

Time Commitment

• Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)

• Flexible schedule, but must be responsive during business hours
