Join an innovative team as a Senior Technology Product Manager supporting the lifecycle and evolution of core SaaS technology platforms. In this hybrid role based out of Coppell, TX, you will collaborate with cross-functional and multi-regional teams to design features, build data-backed product roadmaps, and leverage modern AI tools to bring actionable user experiences to life.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end feature lifecycle for core SaaS products, from inception to rollout.
- Define and document technical requirements, project roadmaps, and functional specifications.
- Utilize AI platforms to build rapid clickable examples and customer prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and regional leadership to align product deliverables with market demand.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS delivery environment.
Strong background in requirement analysis, market research, and data-driven product strategy.
Practical familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and an understanding of Agentic AI implementations.
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule on-site in Coppell, TX.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Basic understanding of UX/UI design concepts and project management toolsets.
Experience interfacing with global, multi-region project partners.
History of delivering products with potential for long-term platform extension.
