Sage Intacct ERP Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sage ERP Solutions Consultant / Customer Success Manager to support the implementation and optimization of an integrated payments and treasury automation solution within Sage ERP environments.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong functional accounting knowledge with hands-on ERP implementation experience, especially within Sage Intacct or other Sage platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Integration

• Lead end-to-end implementation of integrated payment solutions within Sage ERP environments
• Gather and analyze business requirements across AR, AP, Banking, Order-to-Cash, and General Ledger workflows
• Configure ERP modules, workflows, permissions, and reporting structures
• Support integrations including data mapping, API validation, and system testing

Solution Design & Configuration

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions
• Configure key features such as:
  • Accounts Receivable & Cash Management
  • Invoicing & Order Processing
  • Bank Feeds & Reconciliation
  • Workflow automation (rules/events)
• Ensure accurate handling of settlements, refunds, chargebacks, and cash application

Client Advisory & Support

• Act as a subject matter expert on ERP-driven financial processes and payment integrations
• Troubleshoot system and integration issues
• Deliver client training, documentation, and best practices
• Support ongoing optimization of financial workflows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams
• Provide input into product enhancements and integration improvements
• Support pre-sales activities with solution design and demos

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Sage ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred; Sage 100/300/500 also considered)
• Strong understanding of financial workflows: AR, banking, cash management, reconciliation, order-to-cash
• Experience with payment processing, gateways, or banking integrations
• Familiarity with APIs, ERP integrations, or automation tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Sage Intacct or other Sage certifications
• Experience with ACH, wire transfers, RTP, or card payments
• Background in ERP consulting, finance systems, or fintech integrations
• Experience with workflow automation or custom ERP enhancements
