Summary

Job Title: Human Systems Engineer
Location: Dayton, Ohio

Who You Are:

You are fascinated by the point where the human and the machine meet.

Can the operator reach the control? Can they see the display? Does the equipment fit? Does the system accommodate the intended population? What happens when posture, body proportions, equipment, workload, or mission requirements change?

You want to collect good data, understand what happened, find meaningful patterns, and turn observations into engineering conclusions that can withstand technical scrutiny.

You understand that the numbers represent real people interacting with real equipment in operational environments.
