Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing industrial sales accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities across target markets
  • Support distributor and direct sales channels
  • Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams on product applications
  • Conduct customer visits, trade shows, and industry presentations
  • Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and growth plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
  • Support market research and application development initiatives
  • Utilize ERP and CRM systems for pricing, forecasting, and reporting

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of industrial or technical sales experience
  • Experience within building materials, industrial products, specialty chemicals, coatings, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Proven relationship management and business development success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 30-50%
  • ERP/SAP experience preferred
