Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ITX Developer with strong expertise in IBM ITX/ITXA development and healthcare EDI transactions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of NCPDP and HIPAA EDI transactions along with strong experience in XML technologies, IBM HIPAA healthcare packages, and custom ITX mapping development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain healthcare EDI solutions using IBM ITX/ITXA
• Design, build, and support NCPDP transaction processing solutions
• Develop and support EDI transactions including 270/271, 834, 820, 835, and 837
• Implement and customize IBM HIPAA healthcare packages and SNIP validation rules
• Build custom validations, edits, and transformation logic within ITX
• Develop and support XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, and SOAP-based integrations
• Troubleshoot EDI transaction issues, mapping failures, and data transformation errors
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution activities
• Participate in system enhancements, maintenance, and integration projects
• Create technical documentation, mapping specifications, and support documentation
Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on expertise in IBM ITX/ITXA development
• Strong experience with NCPDP transactions including functional and technical knowledge
• Experience with healthcare EDI transactions including 270/271, 834, 820, 835, and 837
• Strong experience with IBM HIPAA healthcare packages and SNIP rules
• Expertise in building custom edits and validations in ITX
• Strong experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, and SOAP
• Knowledge of healthcare EDI standards and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
