EDI Test Automation Engineer

The selected engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for complex EDI workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare EDI standards, compliance requirements, and the ability to independently build automation frameworks using multiple programming languages.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with EDI Transactions : 837, 820, 835, 270/271, 277U, NCPDP
• Expertise in ITX , Edifecs , and HIPAA Compliance
• Practical experience in Python , C# , and VBScript for automation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts for various EDI transaction sets
• Validate EDI workflows ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
• Work extensively with ITX and Edifecs systems
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to identify defects and ensure data integrity
• Prepare and document detailed Test Cases as part of the deliverables

Expected Deliverables

• Comprehensive Test Cases covering all assigned EDI scenarios
• Automation scripts developed in Python, C#, and VBScript
• Defect documentation and execution reports
