Senior UI/UX FrontEnd Web Designer
We are seeking a highly capable Senior UI/UX FrontEnd Web Designer who can combine strong visual design sensibility with handson frontend development expertise. This role blends usercentered design, design systems, and modern web technologies to deliver intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across the clients web ecosystem including campaigns, microsites, event experiences, and internal platforms.
In this role, you ll partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to concept, design, and build responsive user interfaces. You ll create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, translate highfidelity designs into productionready HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript, and ensure experiences meet performance, accessibility (WCAG / Section 508), and security standards.
You will contribute to evolving branded design systems, conduct usability testing, and leverage analytics and user behavior insights to continuously optimize digital experiences.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- More than five years of UI/UX design and frontend web development experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; with strong experience with prototyping and component libraries
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, responsive and mobilefirst design
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, CMS platforms, and web publishing workflows
- Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and crossbrowser compatibility
- Proven experience designing digital campaigns, landing pages, microsites, intranets, and interactive experiences
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
