Avanciers is hiring Mortgage Customer Care Associates to support customers throughout the home loan process. This role focuses on delivering excellent service to borrowers while using mortgage knowledge to guide them through purchase, refinance, and home equity loan options.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to mortgage products.

• Guide customers through the loan process with clear, accurate information.

• Manage customer follow-ups and maintain loan records.

• Resolve customer questions and issues in a timely, professional manner.

• Meet service quality and performance standards.

• Work with internal teams to improve customer experience and processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in mortgage or home lending.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Good understanding of mortgage products and processes.

• Organized, accountable, and solution-oriented.
