Job Title: Financial Support Services Specialist - Remote / Telecommute

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $27.14hr - $32.14hr

The role involves maintaining and analyzing financial accounts, performing reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and supporting financial operations through effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirement/Must Have:

Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
4 years of experience in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

Experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related financial support roles.
Experience in reconciliations and variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and analyze accounts and financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve variances.
Perform timely account reconciliations.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Manage incoming financial requests and communicate status and resolutions to stakeholders.
Serve as a financial liaison for receivables and relationship management.
Collaborate with internal and external business partners.
Support organizational quality programs and perform additional assigned duties.

Should Have:

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership and motivational abilities.
Experience handling financial reporting or accounting operations.

Skills:

Financial analysis and reconciliation.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Root cause analysis and problem-solving.
Communication and stakeholder management.
Accounting operations and receivables management.
Organizational and analytical skills.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
