Delivery Manager/ Account Manager

Introduction:

This position requires someone with an End-to-End Ownership Mindset, Strong Customer Credibility & Executive Presence, Operational Excellence with a Value Lens, Ability to Lead and Scale High-Performing Teams, and Strategic Thinking with Execution Rigor. The Delivery Manager/ Account Manager will be responsible for overall accountability for successful project delivery, customer relationship management, business development, and people management.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountability for successful delivery of all projects and engagement
  • Conduct metrics-based health checks and take corrective actions
  • Chair engagement steering committee and operational meetings
  • Implement engagement improvement plans
  • Oversee operations such as staffing, invoicing compliance, and contract renewals
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships
  • Contribute to business development and support RFP/pursuits
  • Provide performance feedback to line managers
  • Offer strategic project and program management guidance
  • Motivate and mentor cross-functional project teams
  • Resolve conflicts and escalate issues as needed
