Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring, and modern front-end development with ReactJS and a proven ability to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring, and ReactJS.
- Build responsive user interfaces and reusable component libraries for Single Page Applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with web services using industry standards.
- Write unit tests with JUnit and support CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and estimation.
- Ensure application security, performance, and code quality through reviews and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and document solutions across the stack.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant IT development experience.
- 6+ years hands-on web development using Java and Spring, including Spring MVC and Spring Batch.
- Expert-level ReactJS with proven SPA development and custom reusable component libraries.
- Strong JavaScript skills with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Node.js.
- Strong experience writing unit tests using JUnit.
- Experience building REST APIs and using JAX-RS, Swagger, and YAML.
- Working knowledge of SQL and RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile.
- Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, or SVN and build tools such as Maven or Ant.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tools including Jenkins and Ansible Tower or similar platforms.
- Comfort with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, WebStorm, Atom, Notepad++, Sublime Text, or Web Matrix.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with system automation, analysis, and designing reusable shared solutions.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and inclusive working style.
- Self-starter with ownership and an innovation mindset who performs under changing requirements.

Additional Details
Start Date: November. Onsite presence required in Newark, DE at DE5-021-02-01. Primary skill focus is ReactJS with strong Core Java as a secondary skill. Role will support remediation of vulnerabilities. GLIDER assessment may be required.
