Communications and Engagement Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Communications and Engagement Lead that partners closely with the OCM Lead to design and execute strategic communications and stakeholder engagement activities supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. This role ensures alignment, adoption, and sustained engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
* Serve as a trusted advisor to client leaders, ensuring alignment on transformation goals, messaging, and engagement strategies.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel communications strategy aligned to the transformation roadmap
* Ensure consistent, targeted, and timely messaging across all levels of the organization
* Create high-impact deliverables including executive presentations, newsletters, intranet content, email campaigns, FAQs, and talking points tailored to varied audiences
* Design and deliver executive-ready materials (e.g., board-level decks, leadership briefings, vision narratives) that enable senior leaders to effectively communicate transformation objectives and progress
* Identify key stakeholder groups; conduct detailed stakeholder analysis and mapping to assess influence, readiness, and engagement needs
* Develop targeted engagement approaches
* Support and/or lead change impact assessments to evaluate how transformation initiatives affect people, processes, and technology
* Translate findings into actionable communication and engagement plans
* Craft compelling transformation narratives that articulate the -why,- -what,- and -how- of change
* Ensure messaging drives understanding, buy-in, and behavioral adoption

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in Organizational Change Management within large-scale transformation programs
* Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Expertise in developing strategic communications and change narratives
* Experience with stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment methodologies
* Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise messaging
* Consulting experience in enterprise environments preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
