A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.

Job Summary
The Solution Architect for Access Management and IAM plays a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise's IT landscape by designing robust solutions that align with business needs and strategic objectives. This role emphasizes the definition and implementation of architectural standards, ensuring that solutions are not only effective but also sustainable and scalable in the rapidly evolving technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Domain It Landscape Assessments And Perform Application Portfolio Optimization To Identify Gaps And Areas For Enhancement In Access Management Solutions.
2. Create Comprehensive Solution And Architectural Views, Including Logical, Conceptual, Development, Execution, And Infrastructure Architectures Tailored For Iam Systems.
3. Analyze And Define System Requirements By Engaging With Stakeholders To Address Portfolio Concerns And Ensure Alignment With Business Objectives.
4. Manage The Adaptation Of Non-Functional Requirements For Iam Solutions, Ensuring Compliance With Security, Performance, And Usability Standards.
5. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Products And Technologies In Access Management And Iam, Facilitating Continuous Knowledge Enhancement And Application In Architectural Solutions.
6. Contribute To The Development Of White Papers And Technical Documentation, Enriching The Knowledge Base And Promoting Best Practices In Iam Architecture.

1. Advanced Proficiency In Access Management And Identity Access Management (Iam) Technologies.
