Job Description:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (payer, provider, healthcare operations, patient engagement, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.
Proven experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working in AgileScrum environments.
