Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Portfolio Manager with strong ServiceNow platform experience to manage multiple IT initiatives and drive strategic delivery across the organization.
This role requires a blend of technical understanding, portfolio management, and stakeholder leadership.
Must-Have Skills
.10+ years in IT with strong portfolio/program management experience
.Hands-on understanding of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CMDB)
.Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI relationships, and data governance
.Experience managing multiple projects/programs at portfolio level
.Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business value
.Strong understanding of IT operations (incident, change, problem management)
.Experience with Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
.Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
.Ability to work as a client-side owner driving business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
.Manage and prioritize ServiceNow and IT initiatives at portfolio level
.Drive platform strategy, governance, and roadmap planning
.Ensure CMDB accuracy and data governance practices
.Coordinate across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership
.Track risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance
.Align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities
.ServiceNow certifications
.Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or integrations
.PMP or equivalent certification
