Summary

We are seeking an entry-level to early-career IAM Analyst to support identity and access management operations. This role focuses on user access provisioning, account maintenance, and supporting security and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Process user access requests (provisioning, updates, deprovisioning)
Support onboarding/offboarding and access lifecycle management
Troubleshoot basic access and authentication issues
Assist with access reviews and audit support
Maintain user accounts in systems like Active Directory
Follow IAM policies and escalate complex issues as needed

Qualifications

0–5 years of experience in IT, security, or IAM-related roles
Basic knowledge of access management and directory services (e.g., Active Directory)
Familiarity with IAM tools or ticketing systems (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, ServiceNow) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
