Summary

Seeking a technical support specialist for great opportunity within the medical industry. Position will be 100% remote. This will be a level 1 role, as part of a technical support center supporting medical devices and medical systems. A technical background and strong problem skills will be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote troubleshooting for software, hardware and network related issues for external customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups solving more complex technical issues
  • Document problems in knowledge databases
  • Maintain a high level of success with the team's Key Performance Indicators

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-8 years of technical support experience
  • Active Directory
  • Level 1 technical support experience (direct user contact)
  • Familiarity with desktops, servers and networks (VMWare)
  • Associate s Degree or IT Certifications (MCP, CompTIA, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE:

  • HL7, DICOM, PACS or Medical software
