Position Title: Customer Support & Technical Assistance Specialist
Location: Tallahassee, Florida
Interview Process: In Person Only

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Technical Assistance Specialist to provide high-quality service to clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot client issues efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry and documentation management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all customer concerns
  • Deliver professional and courteous service in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
  • At least 2 years of experience in clerical duties, including data entry and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior help desk or technical support experience
  • Experience working in a professional office setting
