Summary

Role: SAP Ariba Functional Lead

Client: Deloitte (*Supporting UCLA Network Device Registration Project)

Location: Hybrid in Sacramento CA Delivery Center (Candidates in California will be given priority followed by PST then MST with CST to last EST)

Terms: 6 month contract + potential extension (Deloitte reserves right to hire after 6 months)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (Functional)
Proven experience supporting ticket-based environments (Tier 1 & Tier 2 support)
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Day to day

Provide functional support for the SAP Ariba platform, addressing both Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tickets
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ariba modules in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions
Ensure accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system changes
Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Ariba functionality and processes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA)
Familiarity with procurement and source-to-pay processes
