Sr.Workday Configuration Expert(Support)-Mostly Remote

Key Responsibilities:-

• Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, etc.).
• Design and implement business process frameworks, security roles, and workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Manage Workday releases, updates, and feature adoption.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday tools.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Support integrations with third-party systems and vendors.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), and Security.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Workday Certification (HCM / Integrations / Financials)
• Experience in multi-module Workday implementations
• Exposure to Agile or project-based environments
• Industry experience in Healthcare
