ServiceNow Engineer
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer / Developer with approximately 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration experience. The ideal candidate will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that improve IT and business service management processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business requirements.
As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will:
· Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
· Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Configure and customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and notifications.
· Develop and maintain Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub integrations, and automation workflows.
· Create and maintain Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, scheduled jobs, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.
· Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping (preferred).
· Support platform upgrades by analyzing impacts, remediating customizations, and performing regression testing.
· Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
· Create technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration documentation, and knowledge articles.
· Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, and platform best practices.
