8+ years of total IT experience, at least five of those years spent as a desktop support engineer.
Strongly recommended is prior experience working in regulated enterprise environments or supporting US healthcare.
Practical knowledge of business endpoint tools, AD, Exchange, O365, and Outlook.
Strong grasp of the principles of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) advanced problem-solving, diagnostic, and escalation management abilities.
Understanding of the Incident, Request, Change, and Problem (ITIL) best practices.
Certifications in healthcare or security awareness (HIPAA, Security+).
