Role: Oracle OTC Lead / Developer (Senior Consultant)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Lead / Developer with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Financials. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end OTC implementations, enhancements, and production support, working closely with business stakeholders to optimize O2C processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional & Leadership:

Lead Oracle OTC (Order-to-Cash) workstream including Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Collections, and Order Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical solutions
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Drive solution design, system configurations, and process improvements
Lead client discussions, workshops, and status meetings

Technical:

Develop and customize Oracle applications using PL/SQL, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE components)
Work on inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with strong debugging skills
Support data migration and system upgrades

Support & Enhancements:

Provide ongoing production support and enhancements for OTC modules
Identify process gaps and recommend automation or optimization solutions
Ensure system compliance with business and regulatory requirements

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) modules
Hands-on expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, Billing, Order Management
Solid technical skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Interfaces
Experience with RICE components
Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C business processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
