Job Title – EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer – Remote (Backfill position)

· 15+ years of hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator version 5.2.6 or above.
· Knowledge and experience in developing, maintaining, supporting, and monitoring the IBM Sterling Commerce application and all different modules/pipelines.
· Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
· Good Knowledge and hands-on experience in business processes (BPML) and adapters within Sterling Integrator.
· Extensive exposure on map development formats like ANSI X12, XML, EDIFACT, CSV, Flat files, JSON.
· Good understanding of communication protocols like FTP, SFTP, AS2, VAN.
· Knowing the supply chain will be an added advantage.
· Proficiency in DB2+SQL, XML, XSLT, Web services, APIs.
· Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.
· Experience with Agile Development practices, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and the retrospectives model.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Should be a self-starter and independent learner.
· Analytical and Problem-solving skills are a must.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.
