Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business data, preparing reports, and identifying trends that help improve business strategies and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal stakeholders
• Assist in generating insights that support business planning and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of business processes
• Good communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
• Any academic or project experience with data analysis
