DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will leverage your extensive technical expertise to enhance our sales process by effectively articulating our product capabilities to potential customers. You will play a critical role in configuring both business-as-usual (BAU) and custom solutions, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific customer needs and expectations. Your contributions will drive customer satisfaction and provide invaluable insights to our Product teams based on market trends and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Sales Support: Utilize your advanced technical knowledge to deliver compelling demonstrations that empower sales teams to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospects.
  • Product Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert, providing comprehensive support to sales team members by addressing complex technical inquiries and offering strategic guidance on product features and benefits.
  • BAU Solution Configuration: Lead the validation and configuration of pre-designed solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and adhere to industry best practices prior to closing sales opportunities.
  • Custom Solution Design: Design and configure non-standard solutions, creating impactful proof-of-concept demonstrations that address specific customer needs before opportunity closure.
  • Customer Education: Conduct in-depth training sessions for customers, ensuring they fully understand how to maximize the value of our products and solutions in their unique contexts.
  • Voice of Sales to Product: Serve as a key liaison between the sales and Product teams, consistently providing feature requests and insights based on customer feedback and market analysis to enhance product positioning and mitigate risks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree; or 6 years a master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical background in tech or SaaS with a proven track record in technical sales or engineering roles.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Significant experience in solution configuration and design, with a deep understanding of both BAU and custom solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers, assess their needs, and deliver effective training and support.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve common goals.
  • A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and translating them into actionable feature requests.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges $124,000.00 - $186,000.00 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan and are based on performance. This role will be accepting applications until March 18th, 2026 at a minimum. Please note that the application timeline may be flexible to accommodate a comprehensive candidate evaluation.
