SAP MM Consultant SAP S/4HANA Support (Remote / Loveland, CO)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA production operations and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP MM production support environments, incident management, configuration, and cross-functional collaboration with SAP teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in Knowledge Transition activities from the Project Implementation Partner for SAP MM support activities.
• Provide support for the P2P module in SAP S/4HANA Production Environment.
• Handle Incident Tickets and Service Requests logged through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants across modules such as SD and FICO to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end process issues.
• Perform SAP configuration changes to meet business requirements.
• Create Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.
• Conduct Unit Testing and End-to-End testing for various business scenarios.
• Work on defect fixes and coordinate with the ABAP team when required.
• Participate in incident review meetings with business users and IT stakeholders and provide regular support updates.
• Ensure adherence to agreed support SLAs and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP MM Support.
• Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging.
• Hands-on experience in production support and ticket resolution.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with SD and FICO modules.
• Experience preparing functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Exposure to SAP FICO modules.
• Willingness to learn and support additional SAP modules.
