Role: Architect / Lead Consultant – Oracle GTM

Required Expertise

15–25 years of experience in Oracle GTM
Minimum 3 full lifecycle GTM implementations
Strong technofunctional background with countryspecific trade process knowledge
Handson experience with:

PL/SQL, SQL
BI Publisher XML
MS Office tools

Deep understanding of:

Customs processes
FTZ
Duty drawback
Trade compliance workflows

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend GTM solution design, configuration, and delivery
Manage client interactions, project updates, and change requests
Configure GTM modules including:

Trade Compliance Management
Screening
License Management
Declarations & Customs Filing
Trade Agreements & Incentive Programs

Build and manage:

Agents
Saved Queries
Action Checks
Custom Actions
Screen Sets
Manager Layouts
Workbenches
User Roles & Policies

Handle GTM quarterly upgrades and new feature rollouts
Integrate GTM with EBS, JDE, Fusion, SAP via OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, SOA, etc.
Gather business requirements, create functional specs, guide technical teams
Lead testing cycles (SIT, UAT), golive, and postproduction support
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Establish and enforce GTM standards, processes, and best practices

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal & written communication
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Strong leadership in matrixed, crossfunctional environments
