Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical and electronic systems for new and existing products.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and supporting documentation using Altium Designer.
- Develop analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuit designs.
- Perform system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis on complex electrical and electronic issues.
- Support product verification, validation, and qualification activities.
- Evaluate design alternatives and make informed trade-offs between competing design topologies, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and performance.
- Extend and enhance existing product platforms while maintaining compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Lead electrical design efforts through all phases of the Product Development Process.
- Coordinate development activities across multidisciplinary teams including Mechanical, Software, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
- Assess technical risks and provide recommendations regarding product feasibility and design approaches.
- Support prototype builds, debug activities, and manufacturing transfers.
- Generate and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, design specifications, test procedures, and engineering reports.
- Serve as a technical resource for resolving complex product and system behavior issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering processes, tools, and product quality.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Altium Designer

- PCB Design & Cross-Functional Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical or electronic product development.
- Advanced proficiency with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB design.
- Strong experience in:
