Requirements
5 or more years of experience engineering and administering AI/ML model governance and technology risk management frameworks.
Proficiency in artificial intelligence governance standards including NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC, and the EU AI Act.
Experience with mitigating AI risk vectors such as algorithmic bias, model drift, and security vulnerabilities.
Experience in operationalizing data governance, data lineage tracking, and SR 11-7 model risk management.
Experience with assessing AI system lifecycles encompassing design, development, deployment, and model retirement.
Experience in maintaining enterprise AI inventories, risk registers, and detailed algorithmic model cards.
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical data science units with legal, security, and compliance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Architect and implement a robust enterprise artificial intelligence governance structure and continuous risk management framework.
Administer end-to-end AI system risk assessments across the entire machine learning model lifecycle.
Operationalize critical AI policies across technical teams to ensure strict alignment with evolving ethical and regulatory standards.
Monitor enterprise compliance regarding data privacy, system security, and ethical artificial intelligence deployments.
Coordinate third-party vendor risk reviews and perform continuous due diligence for external AI technology integrations.
Track critical AI risk metrics and generate comprehensive compliance reports for executive leadership and regulatory committees.
Drive the maturation of internal AI governance capabilities by automating compliance tooling and leading cross-functional training.
