Job Overview: Hybrid Systems/Business Analyst III role focused on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools including Power Platform. Role combines solution design, user enablement, and operational support. Resource will act as a product specialist translating business needs into scalable solutions rather than purely technical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
? Design and deliver SharePoint Online solutions (site structure, permissions, metadata)
? Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
? Provide user support via ServiceNow, Teams, and intake systems
? Develop training materials and job aids
? Support governance, compliance, and enterprise content management (ECMS)
? Assist with migrations and modernization initiatives
? Promote adoption of SharePoint and M365 tools
Typical Day
? Responding to user requests and troubleshooting
? Meeting with business users to gather requirements
? Designing/refining SharePoint solutions
? Creating training materials
? Participating in Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization (JIRA)
? Coordinating with technical teams and vendors
Team & Environment
Highly collaborative environment supporting enterprise-wide business users (~20,000 employees). Resource will work closely with internal team members, TCS support team, enterprise architecture, and other Microsoft 365 stakeholders.
Work Structure
Individual contributor role with some mentorship of interns. Must be self-motivated and able to independently prioritize work.
Required Skills
? 7+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
? Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) familiarity
? Solution design and requirements gathering
? Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA
? Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
? Ability to train and enable business users
? Strong understanding of permissions models and content organization
